The Rubber Hex Dumbbell features durable rubber-covered heads for increased safety and comfort. Love the tri grip weight plate. It’s a multi purpose plate. Easy to handle, don’t even need kettle bell
Build instructions are poor but Rick was quite responsive to help. Once built it is incredible for the price. Cable systems are smooth and the rack is sturdy. Great for smaller spaces
