Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. If the package is unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging, refunds will be accepted within seven days of purchase. A full refund will be issued minus shipping charges and a 3% credit card processing fee. Items marked as "free delivery" may still carry a shipping cost, which will also be subtracted from the refund total.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you cannot bring the item back in person, you must arrange and pay for shipping it back to us.
If you have difficulty arranging return shipping for an authorized, unopened return, we can assist in providing this service. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
2. Any authorized returns of opened or damaged boxes will incur a 30% restocking fee, less shipping costs. Custom orders and modified items are regarded as final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
(Items requiring permission are those that do not fall within section "1".
3. Weights are final sale, including dumbbells, plates and kettlebells. Electronics, service parts, wearables, mats, and clearance equipment & product are also final sale.
4. All parts including belts, electronic components, consoles, decks, including customized parts are final sale.
5. All made-to-order products are final sale. Power Body equipment is manufactured only once an order is placed, and not stocked in advance. Whether paid in full or by deposit, these orders are non-refundable once submitted to production. If you contact us before processing begins, a refund may be issued minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
SHIPPING:
To return your product, you should ship your product to: 165 Saunders Rd, Barrie, ON, L4N 9A3, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
BACKORDERS: Customers will be notified of an approximate lead time for their purchased products to become available. In the event that the item is unavailable after that lead time, or will take an inordinate amount of time to become available, Gym Concepts will contact you to start the refund process.
MADE TO ORDER & CUSTOM ORDERS: Made-to-order and custom order items will not be refunded after payment has been received and the order placed. This is because made-to-order and custom order items are custom and require the utmost care in ordering.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you wish to change your order, please call us at 1-888-785-1010 to discuss. We are only able to make changes within a certain time period after an order is placed.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?
If the product is damaged upon arrival, please take photos, and send them to hello@gymconcepts.ca along with your order number so we can take appropriate steps in assisting you.
If there is an issue with the product while using it, we will initiate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
