The Half Rack is ideal for performing free weight exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. It provides the stability and space needed for these foundational lifts. Key exercises would include Squats, deadlifts, bench press, and shoulder press.
The Smith Machine allows you to perform exercises like squats, bench presses, and deadlifts with added safety. The guided barbell ensures you don’t need to stabilize the bar, allowing you to lift heavier weights and focus on targeting specific muscle groups. Key exercises would include squats, bench press, deadlifts, lunges, hip thrusts. You have the ability to overload the bar and push more weight due to the stabilized movement.
The Functional Trainer features a dual pulley system with two weight stacks, typically offering a 2:1 weight ratio (though some models offer a 1:1 ratio). The 2:1 ratio means the resistance feels half of the weight stack, providing greater range of motion, while the 1:1 ratio offers the exact resistance of the weight stack, ideal for limited range exercises. Key features include Dual pulley system, two weight stacks, 2:1 or 1:1 pulley ratio. Key exercises include Lat pulldowns, rows, cable crossovers, various functional movements.

Works great. Keeps me in place on heavy lat pulldowns!
Awesome product and even better service from Gym concepts. Shout out to Chris for being so quick to respond!
Very pleased with every aspect of this machine. Couldn't be happier with it!!!!
Customer service and the equipment and price of it over the holidays, on sale, was amazing! Will definitely consider in the future when looking to purchase other equipment.
I am very impressed with the quality of this machine. Putting it together every nut and bolt fit perfectly, all moving parts, rails and cables are top notch. I also want to give a big shout out to Chris at Gym Concepts for his expertise and all his help with the sale and especially for setting up the delivery ( even sent me a picture of it been loaded on the delivery truck) very professional and punctual thanks again Chris, I’m looking forward in the coming months to head down to Gym Concepts for some in store shopping.
Delivery and set up was excellent. This stepper is easy to use, especially for someone with Rheumatoid Arthritis. The fact that the back of the seat can recline makes exercising so comfortable. The arms are great because they move straight back not upwards. I'm 5' tall and seat adjusts to suit me well. I love this machine. I put it in the sunroom and can look outside to the gardens. Very happy. I used NuStep while in rehab. Spirit Fitness is every bit as good and has more features.
