Yes, we offer this service when you are looking to outfit your home gym or facility.

A consulation is required before we get to the design phase. If you feel we are a good fit after the consultation we request a deposit prior to commencing the design phase. Contact us

Yes, we have a network of service technicians throughout Canada that can repair equipment that was purchased from us. If you did not purchase your equipment from Gym Concepts we consider on a case-by-case basis. Often it is best to go to the manufacturer as there may be a warranty on your piece. Nevertheless, we can get you on the correct path.

We buy used equipment that meets our assessment factors. It is best to email hello@gymconcepts.ca with your brand, model, serial #, and photos along with condition. Please disclose if there are any problems with the unit. We also accept trade-ins towards your new piece.

Yes, we may offer site visits if it’s necessary. If you are purchasing for your home, we may deem it necessary if we have concerns. Ie: if a piece you wish to buy will not fit in its space or cannot fit through doorways to get to desired space.

We will also offer to do a site visit if you want to take advantage of a full consult and design.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please call us at 1-888-785-1010 to discuss. We are only able to make changes and cancellations within a certain time period after an order is placed.

All sales are final and Gym Concepts is not accepting returns at this time.

If the product is damaged upon arrival, please take photos and send them to hello@gymconcepts.ca along with your order number so we can take appropriate steps in assisting you.

If there is an issue with the product while using it we will initiate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Placing Orders

You may place an order by visiting gymconcepts.ca and selecting items to add to your cart.

Once all the items you wish to purchase are in your cart you may proceed to checkout.

At checkout you will be required to enter your customer information including name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number.

You will be prompted to select a shipping method.

The final step is to enter your payment information. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

We do our best to maintain competitive pricing. If you find a competitor with the exact same product for less, let us know and we will do our best to match it. We will not match items if the competitor does not have the item in stock.

If you are a reseller or commercial customer, please reach out to hello@gymconcepts.ca and introduce yourself. You may qualify for wholesale pricing, at which point we will give you login credentials to access our wholesale site.

Home Buyers

If you are buying for home use, we offer Affirm as a financing solution.

Commercial Buyers

If you are buying for a facility we have a wide range of 3rd party lenders we use to help you finance or lease your purchase.

Affirm is a payment plan that allows you to make payments over a period of time.

Payment options through Affirm Canada Holdings Ltd. (“Affirm”). Your rate will be 0–31.99% APR (where available and subject to provincial regulatory limitations). APR offered is based on creditworthiness and subject to an eligibility check. Not all customers will be eligible for 0% APR. Payment options depend on your purchase amount, may vary by merchant, and may not be available in all provinces/territories. Actual payment option terms will be shown at checkout. A down payment (or a payment due today) may be required. Affirm accepts debit cards and PAD as forms of repayment on payment options. Select payment options may be eligible for repayment in the form of credit cards. Please review the terms and conditions of your credit card when using it as a form of repayment. Sample payment options may be: a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR, or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks. Product Availability

Our website indicates which products are in stock. Feel free to call us before you place your order to be sure. If something appears to be in stock online but is in fact not in stock, a sales associate will contact you to advise on an ETA. If this is not satisfactory, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

All special order items are either
commercial equipment or equipment that needs to be fabricated.

A backorder allows you to make a purchase of a product we do not currently have in stock. Once the order is placed we will notify you of the lead time to receive your product.

Shipping & Delivery

We can ship certains products outside of Canada. We can only accept wire transfer as a form of payment for international orders. Please contact a sales associate to discuss further.

Shipping rates, duties, and brokerage fees will be applied and calculated once a final list of items is agreed upon.

Shipping cost comes down to two factors. The size and weight of the order, and the shipping address.

We have a shipping calculator at checkout that will give you prices of the available shipping options.

If the item is in stock, the item will
ship within 1-3 business days, plus transit time.

Yes, we have full installation services. Feel free to call us at 1-888-785-1010 to receive a quote.

If the order is being shipped by courier or freight, please contact them directly first. Provide them your tracking information. If they do not help you in a timely manner, please contact us with the details.

Yes, your order can be tracked on the SHOP app, or you can go to the courier website and track your order with your tracking number.

Pick up

A Government issued driver's license matching the name on the order is the required form of identification in order to release your order.

Our team will contact you once your order is ready for pickup via email when your order is ready for pickup.

We will schedule a day and time with you to pick up.

Once your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you. When you arrive for pickup, we require one form of identification that matches the customer information for that order. If the person picking up is not associated with the customer information for that order, they cannot pick up the product.

Same day pick up is allowed for in-store purchases only.

Customers who have placed an online order will need to wait for confirmation that the order is ready for pick up, then schedule a day and time for pick up.

Warranty & Service

Yes, please email support@gymconcepts.ca with the order number and describe the problem you are having. A support ticket will be created, and a service agent will contact you within 3 business days.
