Yes, we have a network of service technicians throughout Canada that can repair equipment that was purchased from us. If you did not purchase your equipment from Gym Concepts we consider on a case-by-case basis. Often it is best to go to the manufacturer as there may be a warranty on your piece. Nevertheless, we can get you on the correct path.
We buy used equipment that meets our assessment factors. It is best to email email@example.com with your brand, model, serial #, and photos along with condition. Please disclose if there are any problems with the unit. We also accept trade-ins towards your new piece.
Yes, we may offer site visits if it’s necessary. If you are purchasing for your home, we may deem it necessary if we have concerns. Ie: if a piece you wish to buy will not fit in its space or cannot fit through doorways to get to desired space.
We will also offer to do a site visit if you want to take advantage of a full consult and design.

If the product is damaged upon arrival, please take photos and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number so we can take appropriate steps in assisting you.
If there is an issue with the product while using it we will initiate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

A monthly statement fee of $6.95 will be charged by Paybright and is part of the cost of offering you 0% interest.
You may apply for any PayBright plan online or in-store with no impact to your credit score.
There will also be an option to pay 4 equal payment for purchases under $1000.

If something appears to be in stock online but is in fact not in stock, a sales associate will contact you to advise on an ETA. If this is not satisfactory, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.
All special order items are either
commercial equipment or equipment that needs to be fabricated.
A backorder allows you to make a purchase of a product we do not currently have in stock. Once the order is placed we will notify you of the lead time to receive your product.
We can ship certains products outside of Canada. We can only accept wire transfer as a form of payment for international orders. Please contact a sales associate to discuss further.
Shipping rates, duties, and brokerage fees will be applied and calculated once a final list of items is agreed upon.
Shipping cost comes down to two factors. The size and weight of the order, and the shipping address.

If the item is in stock, the item will
ship within 1-3 business days, plus transit time.

A Government issued driver's license matching the name on the order is the required form of identification in order to release your order.
Our team will contact you once your order is ready for pickup via email when your order is ready for pickup.
We will schedule a day and time with you to pick up.
Once your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you. When you arrive for pickup, we require one form of identification that matches the customer information for that order. If the person picking up is not associated with the customer information for that order, they cannot pick up the product.
Same day pick up is allowed for in-store purchases only.
Customers who have placed an online order will need to wait for confirmation that the order is ready for pick up, then schedule a day and time for pick up.
