Our #5920 Leg Sled features premium grade steel with extra-tough pads to provide maximum support of the lower back and shoulders during your workout. Target various muscle groups within the lower body such as the hamstrings, glutes and quads. The leg press is designed to put minimum to no stress on the upper body as it’s not holding any weight, allowing easy workout of the leg muscles individually or simultaneously. Constructed to provide proper positioning and safety, the foot plate allows users to shift the emphasis on the leg muscles by changing their foot position.
