Two upper-body strength movements in one commercial machine. The Hammer Strength HD Elite Dual Pulldown/Row combines a lat pulldown and seated low row in a single selectorized station. Switch between the two exercises without reconfiguring the cables, while the swivelling upper pulley tracks with single-arm pulldowns.
