The Select Fitness SF-3 Functional Half Rack is a commercial-grade, space-efficient training system that combines the core strength of a half rack with the versatility of a dual-stack functional trainer. Designed for serious lifters and high-end home or studio gyms, the SF-3 delivers uncompromising performance, durability, and training flexibility in one refined footprint.

Standing 89 inches tall, the SF-3 provides full range for pull-ups and high cable positions, while its dual 160 lb weight stacks ensure smooth, consistent resistance for both strength and functional training. Built from 11-gauge steel, this unit is engineered to handle heavy use while maintaining rock-solid stability.

Note: The installation of the Front stabilizers are recommended. The unit must be bolted down if stabilizers are not installed.
