The YORK® Elite Olympic Training Bar has a minimum tensile strength of 190,000 PSI after heat treating. This weight bar North American steel is used in the making of the bar. It is an excellent choice for Olympic Style movements. The Ferous Bushings ensure a smooth consistent rotation. The sleeve is secured on the bar using a bar end nut and spring pin. Sleeves are machined to a precise 1.975” diameter to accommodate 2” Olympic Plates. This bar is calibrated to Olympic specifications.

I am very impressed with the quality of this machine. Putting it together every nut and bolt fit perfectly, all moving parts, rails and cables are top notch. I also want to give a big shout out to Chris at Gym Concepts for his expertise and all his help with the sale and especially for setting up the delivery ( even sent me a picture of it been loaded on the delivery truck) very professional and punctual thanks again Chris, I’m looking forward in the coming months to head down to Gym Concepts for some in store shopping.
Delivery and set up was excellent. This stepper is easy to use, especially for someone with Rheumatoid Arthritis. The fact that the back of the seat can recline makes exercising so comfortable. The arms are great because they move straight back not upwards. I'm 5' tall and seat adjusts to suit me well. I love this machine. I put it in the sunroom and can look outside to the gardens. Very happy. I used NuStep while in rehab. Spirit Fitness is every bit as good and has more features.
These commercial grade urethane dumbbells are exactly what I was looking for!! SF is the only company I could find in Ontario that makes incremental weights available to residential buyers. Great quality. Love the feel and balance. So happy to finally find a matching set from 5-50lbs on the 2.5lb increment!! Could not be more happy. Was worried a bit since shipping was long but contacted customer support and they replied fast. They even sent me a picture of the truck with the crate in it!

Stumbled across this company thankfully, and purchased the SF3. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service ( Chris and Rick) and how quick the delivery was. Even when there was a small issue with the piece, The team immediately rectified it and sent out the new piece that day. Can’t recommend them enough, my only regret is only wish I found them sooner. ))
