Weight Stacks w/Plate Holder Option
The M810 comes with 2 x 220 lbs weight stacks included. It has a 2:1 pulley ratio so it actually feels like up to 110 lbs of resistance per side. This is important for smaller increments of increased resistance, increased smoothness, and more cable range.
If you want to add more weight, you have the option of installing a plate holder to the top of the stack. You can add more olympic plates to these holders for added resistance.
Leg Press Plate
One of the most popular features is the included leg press plate that mounts to the smith bar. You can perform vertical leg presses off of the floor or bench for added comfort. This gives you added leg workout versatility not available on most smith machines. This leg press plate is not universal, it is designed for the M810 as it mounts securely to the smith bar hooks with safety pins.

Leg Roller Attachment
If you want to do a heavy lat pulldown, this leg roller attachment gives you the much needed support. It can also be used for split leg squats, foot support for ab crunches/situps, and foot support for back rows.
