Best home setup if you don't want to take up a tonne of space

This thing is absolutely phenomenal. Had to chop it down to fit in my 7' basement (I knew this ahead of time), but that's cutting the 4 rails, and drilling a few holes, easy.
Rack is super sturdy, but the Smith rails are what really set it apart. After a fair bit of heavy squats and DLs each week, my lower back often becomes the limiting factor on my compound leg work. Step out a bit from the Smith bar to simulate the angles of a hack squat, or drop your bench to decline and use as a leg press. Great way to add more heavy leg volume if your low back is cooked.
Smith bar is a bit uncomfortable on the arches of my feet when using as a leg press, so until I fab up a bolt on foot plate, I just throw on shoes.
Highly recommend!
