The PRx AbMat™ is for athletes that desire an all-inclusive abdominal workout. This simple pad assists in the proper execution of abdominal exercises and core training. Athletes can perform a variety of exercises that isolate the upper and/or lower abs, as well as the obliques and lower back muscles.
The PRx AbMat has the same benefits as the Original AbMat. The key difference is that the construction of this product is made completely from closed-cell foam, whereas the Original AbMat consists of foam, a dense backer, and a leathery vinyl covering.

We absolutely love this product; have used it twice now! Had Gym Concepts supply and install as their price is fair and they do a fabulous job. Installing properly is the key to a polished look! What makes this product special aside from durability? The range of colours and the fact that the tiles are thick enough to transition seamlessly to an adjacent heated tile floor.

I originally bought from Bells of Steel which was the biggest mistake unit was broken. So I did more research and this STEPR has more positive reviews and it works as it advertised!
