Track your metrics conveniently with a compatible wireless Bluetooth or 5kHz heart rate monitor. Don’t have a wireless HR monitor? Use the included hand pulse HR sensors to read your HR in real time. The 30 lb flywheel ensures a smooth workout, and with 20 levels of resistance, so you’ll always find the perfect challenge. Choose your workout program including Manual, Hill, Cardio, Strength, HIIT, and more. The 3 adjustable angles on the pedals, and Child Safety Lock make this elliptical safe and comfortable to use.
