Build instructions are poor but Rick was quite responsive to help. Once built it is incredible for the price. Cable systems are smooth and the rack is sturdy. Great for smaller spaces

I am very impressed with the quality of this machine. Putting it together every nut and bolt fit perfectly, all moving parts, rails and cables are top notch.
