Build instructions are poor but Rick was quite responsive to help. Once built it is incredible for the price. Cable systems are smooth and the rack is sturdy. Great for smaller spaces

I am very impressed with the quality of this machine. Putting it together every nut and bolt fit perfectly, all moving parts, rails and cables are top notch. I also want to give a big shout out to Chris at Gym Concepts for his expertise and all his help with the sale and especially for setting up the delivery ( even sent me a picture of it been loaded on the delivery truck) very professional and punctual thanks again Chris, Iām looking forward in the coming months to head down to Gym Concepts for some in store shopping.
