• Extra wide impact area of 20" x 40"
• 1/4" thick steel top to withstand heavy impact
• 1/2" thick rubber impact surface to prevent damage to plates and reduction of bounce & sound
• Height adjustable between - 34.5" to 42.50"
• Guard to prevent bar roll off
